Environmental Initiatives

Recycling Initiatives

At FUKUVI, we specialize in the production of various plastic products. Our manufacturing process inevitably generates plastic waste. To minimize environmental impact, we carefully sort these plastics by type, ensuring they are either recycled or repurposed as raw materials for new products.

Chemical Management

At FUKUVI, we utilize a range of chemicals in our testing, research, and manufacturing processes. Recognizing the potential environmental risks, we implement stringent controls to prevent any chemical leakage. For flammable substances, we maintain rigorous safety protocols, including the installation of advanced firefighting equipment, to ensure the highest level of protection against fire hazards.

Energy Conservation Patrols

To promote energy conservation at our facilities, the FUKUVI Energy Conservation Subcommittee has introduced "Energy Conservation Patrols" at our headquarters plant. Since 2023, these regular patrols have been conducted to ensure the consistent implementation of effective energy-saving measures.

Environmental Policy and Environmental Management

Environmental Management

FUKUVI is committed to environmental stewardship through the implementation of an environmental management system. Since 1999, we have adhered to ISO 14001, a globally recognized standard, and received certification for our efforts. Upholding this certification, we prioritize environmental responsibility as a key component of our corporate social responsibility initiatives.

ISO 14001 is periodically updated to reflect evolving environmental challenges, global trends, and societal needs. The most recent update, ISO 14001:2015, was introduced in 2015. FUKUVI successfully transitioned to this revised standard in 2017 and continues to align its environmental initiatives with ISO 14001:2015.
