Extrusion Molding

A manufacturing method in which heated raw materials are pressurized and pushed into a mold to be extruded like Tokoroten (dried dumplings). This is FUKUVI's most specialized forming method, and we have the world's top-level technology, especially for deformed extrusion.

Injection Molding

A manufacturing method in which heated raw materials are injected into a pre-cooled, sealed mold using a screw. Mass production of even complex shapes is possible.
