Technology and production facilities
Deformed Extrusion Molding Technology
This is FUKUVI's most specialized molding method, and we have multiple production lines at our head office and Sakai Plant.
By pressurizing heated molten resin and extruding it in various shapes through a die, we take advantage of the feature of continuously discharging products of the same shape, and manufacture products that can be cut at any desired length. Integrated manufacturing is possible, from material formulation that matches the characteristics to mold design and manufacturing, and we can handle a wide range of molding from single composition to heterogeneous multi-layer molding.

Aluminum Forming Processing Technology
This is a processing technology for forming aluminum alloy sheets into specified shapes and dimensions, and is capable of forming complex cross-sections and manufacturing long members.
By injecting liquid urethane into the formed aluminum sheet and foaming it, we produce panel materials with nonflammability and heat insulation properties, which are used for ceilings, walls, and other applications.

Transparent Thin Film Coating Technology
This is a manufacturing facility for resin panels (HARZLAS) coated with a transparent, high-hardness, low reflection thin film and a facility for analyzing the film characteristics.
FUKUVI mainly manufactures antireflection panels using a special wet coating method developed independently by FUKUVI. In addition, anti-glare panels and glass anti-reflection panels can also be manufactured.

Pour Molding Technology
We manufacture acrylic decorative laminates and other products by pouring liquid resin into a mold and applying heat and pressure to cure it. We also manufacture translucent acrylic decorative laminates and artificial marble with an artificial marble-like texture by mixing inorganic materials with the resin and polymerizing it.

Ceramics Deformed Molding Technology
We use non-metallic raw materials such as clay, silica sand, and limestone to extrude nonflammable and complex shapes through the use of inorganic materials.
Utilizing mold technology and extrusion know-how cultivated in resin extrusion, we manufacture deformed extruded products such as entram entrance columns, balcony shade trees and protruding corner materials with non-flat or R (curved) backsides, which other companies have difficulty handling.

Coating and Foam Forming Technology
We manufacture foamed resin floor sheets called cushion floors by coating a 1,900 mm wide base fabric sheet with resin continuously and uniformly and foaming it. We also have a production line that impregnates (dips) the base fabric sheet with resin, making it possible to form sheets with various functional blends (water repellent, hydrophilic, antibacterial, deodorizing, water absorbing, etc.)."

Phenolic Foam Molding Technology
Our proprietary technology produces insulation with high insulation performance with little degradation over time by foaming phenolic resin, which is "thermally" and "chemically" stable, and sealing high-insulation gas in the microscopic bubbles.

Off-Line Processing Technology
We use wrapping processing technology to laminate decorative sheets printed with wood grain, etc. onto base materials such as aluminum, resin, and MDF. Our advanced laminating technology makes it possible to achieve the texture of natural wood grain. We also have the technology to handle a variety of shapes, base materials, and designs.

Processing Technology for Large Injection Molded Products
We perform assembly processes such as cutting, drilling, and machining and attaching accessory parts to injection-molded large plastic and aluminum materials. We supply cooler ducts, aluminum racks, etc. used in large vehicle interiors to vehicle manufacturers as assembly parts with JIT.

FRP Molding Technology, Carbon Fiber Reinforced Composite Technology
Using "Fiber Reinforced Plastics," which are lightweight, deformation-resistant plastics mixed with reinforcing materials, we manufacture FRP components for unit baths, nursing bathtubs, large vehicles, and ships. The New Technology Development Department also manufactures and develops products using carbon fiber reinforced composite materials (CFRP and CFRTP).
