In order to achieve sustainable growth to realize "Where We Want to Be in 2030," we will optimally allocate management resources in accordance with the three basic strategies of the 7th Mid-Term Management Plan.

Formulation of “Corporate Value Enhancement 2030” — Initiatives Toward Management Conscious of Capital Cost and Share Price

 Since the launch of our 7th Mid-Term Management Plan in fiscal year 2023, we have been deepening its strategic direction with a focus on growth and financial strategies aimed at achieving sustainable enhancement of corporate value. As part of this effort, we have conducted an analysis and evaluation of our current status regarding management practices that are conscious of capital cost and share price. Based on these insights, we have formulated a new policy framework titled “Corporate Value Enhancement 2030 — Toward Management Conscious of Capital Cost and Share Price” to guide our improvement initiatives going forward.
